The consultant responsible for authoring the training material usually delivers the software training to internal staff and external clients. Where
appropriate a more senior consultant, intimately familiar with the software, may lecture instead, for example, to handle more senior end-users.

Courses are run on-site with one terminal per delegate.

In most instances we create a sample database, for use during training sessions. Our team ensures that all data issues are resolved in advance.

For client training, we work with end-clients to select a sample database. Documentation and worked examples are modified to match the client's implementation and business domain.
