Sara oversaw substantial growth of SC Training, leading to a sizeable list of clients from numerous countries,
including major financial institutions. She was responsible for introducing virtual classroom training, where recorded lectures, course material and interactive quizes are available on-line. Most recently she formed
AAA Search & Recruitment, which is based on an unusual business model.

Prior to this Sara spent nearly a decade in Investment Banking in London, first as an Economist, then dealt OTC Foreign Exchange products and
later became a European Fixed Income Strategist for major US and Japanese banks. As a strategist she focused on generating trading ideas for in-house proprietary traders and clients (hedge funds,
central banks, traditional asset management, pension funds and insurance companies). Trading strategies included relative value, fixed income arbitrage, global macro and market neutral.

Sara holds a BA (HONS) in Economics and an MSc in Computer Science from Imperial College, University of London.
She served as Vice President of the Hedge Fund Association (HFA) Jan. 2006 - Mar. 2008 and was an HFA Board Director from Jan. 2004 - Mar. 2008.
